As our COO, you’ll be a core part of our founding team, playing a pivotal role in building and scaling D3 Talents. If you’re eager to shape the future of international recruiting, this is your opportunity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development:
Lead and optimize our operational processes, from talent placement to onboarding. Support the implementation of bilateral programs between Colombia and Germany. - Network Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with institutions, organizations, and businesses in Colombia and beyond. - Team Leadership:
Create and lead a motivated team, fostering a dynamic and inclusive startup culture. - Operational Excellence: Introduce KPIs and tools to ensure efficiency and success, while scaling processes to meet growth demands.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a startup, recruitment, or international projects.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
- Skills: Strong strategic, organizational, and leadership skills, with a hands-on attitude.
- Mindset: Big thinker, solution-oriented, and eager to co-create a company from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement growth strategies that position D3 Talents as a leader in the talent placement market.
- Partnership Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporations, and educational institutions.
- Business Development: Lead marketing, sales, and business development efforts to ensure sustained success and scalability.
- Process Optimization: Develop KPIs, leverage innovative tools, and optimize processes to measure and accelerate growth.
- Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and founding team to align growth objectives with the company vision.
Your Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles, ideally in startups, recruitment, or international markets.
- Skills: A visionary mindset paired with strong networking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English; German or Spanish is highly desirable.
- Approach: Hands-on, strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and scaling businesses.
